Day 5

Day 05 – Your definition of love

I have loved many people in my life and have been in love more than once. A lot of people say that's not possible, but I know it is.

My definition of love is taken straight out of the Bible:

1 Corinthians 13:4-7

"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres."

Unfortunately, I do not feel that I have ever been loved this way. I truly wish my marriage had not turned out the way it did, but it was beyond my control.

I still have hope. <3

Quotes

I am a total quote, bible verse and song lyric junkie. I have little slips of paper literally everywhere with random quotes I hear, see written somewhere or that I think up myself. I also have journals full of these quotes, verses and song lyrics.

I thought I would take a minute to share some of my favorites. If I know who said them it will be indicated, some I have no clue to who said it! These are really just a few, like I said, I am a little obsessed.
